Things in our life are about to go full swing. The move is imminent and I am starting a new job in about a week. Right now, we are basking in the phase of knowing we have so much to do, but smugly feeling that we can procrastinate a little longer. I celebrated my birthday yesterday (oh yes, I am another year older and wiser) with hot yoga and a massage followed by a truly indulgent dinner with my buddy. We gorged on red wine and Italian food at a favorite Madison haunt and were positively giddy at the greatness of our evening out. As I knew it would (even though I traumatized myself thinking otherwise), life has unfolded in the way that it was meant to; the pieces are falling into place and a fresh start is right around the corner.
